This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Pasraha P.S.Case No.44 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489(B), 489(C ) and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of using the fake currency showing it is genuine and from his possession, 27 notes of Rs.100/- were found fake.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no knowledge about the same that those notes are fake and now he is in custody for about three months and he has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33615 of 2017 (2) dt.21-07-2017 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge in this case.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
