JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 In compliance of the writ court's order dated 18.01.2019 passed in CWJC No. 2013/2015 petitioner has been reinstated. So far as consequential benefit is concerned, opposite parties have placed on record communication dated 09.10.2019 issued by Assistant Director-cum- In-charge Officer, Establishment to the District Programme Officer, Buxar that consequential benefits are being calculated for making payment to the petitioner. Order shows substantial compliance of the order passed by the writ court.
It is expected that consequential payment pursuant to
Patna High Court MJC No.773 of 2019(3) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 communication dated 09.10.2019 would be done without any delay and expeditiously.
Contempt proceedings are therefore not required to be continued any further.
Petitioner, however, would be at liberty to re-agitate the issue in contempt jurisdiction, if payment is not made within two weeks from today.
