JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-08-2016 Let a copy of the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the State be served upon the learned counsel for the Accountant General.

The petitioner seeks direction for payment of non-paid retiral dues of his mother as well as arrears of final family pension along with its revision which would be admissible to her who had already died on 19.05.2011.

Counter-affidavit has been filed on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6670 of 2015 dt.20-08-2016 Respondent No. 5 stating that a communication has been made to the Accountant General for sending the PPO No. S/23205P so that the steps could be taken for calculation of payment and arrears, if the same has not yet been paid to her.

Accordingly, this writ petition is being disposed of with a direction to the Office of the Accountant General to communicate the concerned PPO within a period of two weeks from today so that a decision for payment of aforesaid dues in favour of the petitioner after verification of entitlement be made by the Respondents within a further period of two months.
