This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 297 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

The petitioners are in custody since 20.11.2021. Considering the period of custody, this regular bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15044 of 2022(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd -cum-Special Judge, Excise, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 297 of 2021.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioners shall mark their attendance in Ramgarh Police Station, District- Kaimur, on first Sunday of every month during the course of the pendency of the case.
