2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Chapra town P.S. Case No. 734 of 2023 dated 19.09.2023, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the informant's children while playing on the road were saved from the accident likely to be caused from the motorcycle of one of the accused. The informant tried to make him understand but in anger, he threatened the informant. Thereafter, all the accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17081 of 2024(2) dt.18-03-2024 2/3 persons armed with weapons along with 3-4 unknown persons came and caught the informant and even caused injury on his head with farsa and he fell down. The accused person even fired at the informant but he was saved.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather the specific allegation is against Javed Alam and Furkan and the nature of allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. It is further stated that the injuries received by informant is found to be simple in nature. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Chapra town P.S. Case No. 734 of 2023, he/they shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
