Patna High Court CWJC No.9936 of 2014 dt.02-12-2016 2/2 Annexure-1 and 2 of C.W.J.C. No. 9936 of 2014 and Annexure-1 of C.W.J.C. No. 10094 of 2014 on the ground that since these orders have civil consequences for the petitioners, they are required to be given an opportunity of hearing after appropriate show-cause is issued to them in this regard.
The Court will not come in the way of the respondent authorities to proceed in the matter in terms of the guidelines issued wherever there is shortfall of production in such specialized farms, but basic principles of law relating to the natural justice cannot be overlooked since the petitioners have categorically taken a stand that the decision which have been quashed have been taken without an opportunity to them Both the writs are allowed in terms of the above directions.
