The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R., this petitioner alongwith other coaccused persons committed torture and killed the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is elder brother of husband of deceased and thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband. Petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15202 of 2022(2) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 for the informant opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 156 of 2021.
