2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sanhaulla P.S. Case No. 154 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 137(2), 96(3)(s) of the BNS and under Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim girl.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 8.10.2024 and from the statement of the victim, it appears that the victim and the petitioner were in relationship.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge of POCSO-cum-District and Addl. Sessions Judge, VII, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with POCSO Case No. 252 of 2024 arising out of Sanhaula P.S. Case No. 154 of 2024.
