Misc. 55708 of 2015 as the same also stood dismissed for default on 9.7.2018 for non compliance of the order dated 2.7.2018 passed by this Court .

As such, this Court finds continuous negligence on the part of the petitioner.

Therefore, this Court does not find any merit in this
