The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a)of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Petitioner has got a criminal antecedent under Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The present allegation also relates to commission of offence under Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Considering criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S.Case No.105 of 2020 pending in the court of learned Addl.District and Sessions Judge-2nd -cum-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24816 of 2021(2) dt.03-12-2021 2/2 Special Judge, Nawada.

Hence, prayer is refused.

Petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks and pray for regular bail.
