The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 14 of 20222 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of illicit liquor has been made from the house of the petitioner.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14845 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)]. Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable.
