JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 20-10-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the civil court of competent jurisdiction, once the notification under Section 26A of The Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956 is issued by the State Government with respect to the mauza in question, for grant of appropriate relief(s) to the petitioners. Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
