JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-10-2024 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 05.04.2023, passed in CWJC No.19065 of 2018, the matter was examined by the District Magistrate, Patna and it has been found that the petitioner has not filed any application, in the proper format as prescribed in the Arms Rules, 2016, for grant of arms licence, hence he has been requested to submit the same.
