Husband of the petitioner was a work charge employee, who was never regularized and even before any decision could be taken, he died.

In view of the same, the issue must be allowed to rest now. Dead people are not required to be regularized. Moreover, recently a Division Bench has anyway held that a person in work charge establishment is not entitled to any benefit of pension etc., if his services are not being regularized
