The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 120 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 353, 386, 427, 431, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty local politics. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24923 of 2021(2) dt.18-02-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-IV (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Kathaiya P.S.
