Although the petitioner seeks inclusion of her name in the Panchayat Voter list but it is fairly accepted by Mr. Sanjeev Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner that neither the name of the petitioner figured in the Assembly voter list prepared in the year, 2015 nor did the petitioner take steps for inclusion of her name by filing the prescribed form (MÛ) issued by the State Election Commission.
