SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-05-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the point raised in this writ petition is covered by judgment dated 16.04.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8227 of 1994 which arose out of order dated 05.08.1994 passed in Revenue Appeal No. 11/199293 by District Collector, East Champaran, Motihari. In the present writ case order dated 05.08.1994 passed by the same District Collector in Revenue Appeal No. 15/92-93, Annexure-3 is the subject matter.

2. This writ petition is also disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.8226 of 1994 dt.15-05-2015 2/2 exactly in the same terms contained in judgment dated 16.04.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8227 of 1994 and the impugned order dated 05.08.1994 passed in Revenue Appeal No. 15/92-93, Annexure-3 as also the order dated 07.04.1992 passed by D.C.L.R. Sadar, Motihari, contained in Annexure-2 is also quashed, matter is remanded for reconciliation and proceeding in accordance with law. Till final orders are passed, parties shall maintain status quo.
