That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the memo no.3439 dated 28.08.2013 passed by S.P. Nalanda Biharshrif by which order the service as SAP under contract of the petitioner and ors. has been Cancelled by attributing absence from the deputy with a prayer to quash aforesaid order directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the post of SAP in accordance with law giving the petitioner all consequential benefit"
