Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR of the occurrence of theft.

Petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2017. A stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7661 of 2018 (2) dt.08-02-2018 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Laheri Police Station Case No.137 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
