2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 341 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner are said to have assaulted the victim and the injury is found to be simple.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 8.12.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19533 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 341 of 2023.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Shambhuganj Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
