JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,419 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.10476 of 2015 (2) dt.23-04-2015 2/3 It is alleged that the informant, due to ill health, gave his bus to petitioner Vishwa Ranjan Kumar alias Pappu to ply the same on the condition that he will make payment of the premium of the loan and will pay Rs.25000/- per month to the informant. On loan being repaid, the petitioner Vishwa Ranjan Kumar stopped making payment of rupees twenty five thousand per month to the informant and gave the bus on contract to petitioner Dhananjay Kumar.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner Vishwa Ranjan Kumar alias Pappu after repayment of the loan amount the vehicle was transferred by the informant in the name of Vishwa Ranjan Kumar and subsequently, it was transferred by Vishwa Ranjan Kumar in favour of petitioner Dhananjay Kumar and the documents of such transfers have been brought on record.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two
