Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Siwan Town (Saray) P.S. Case No. 686 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is a member of the unlawful assembly which has killed the deceased.
