====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No.169 of 2016 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 321.84 Indian Made Foreign Liquor from the house of the petitioner from where Pradeep Kumar, the son of the petitioner, was also apprehended. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the business of illicit liquor is being done by Pradeep Kumar, the son of the petitioner, who was apprehended on the spot, and the name of the petitioner was not figured at the time of the lodging

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17512 of 2018(2) dt.29-03-2018 2/2 of the F.I.R. but, later on, suspicion has been raised against the petitioner having her hand in the business of illicit liquor. The petitioner, who is lady, is in custody since 19.12.2017. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No.169 of 2016.
