JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was disposed of vide order dated 09.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49693 of 2017 with direction to the trial court to expedite the trial and it was further observed that once the progress is made in the case, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that in this case uptil now only charge has been framed and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future and he has been in custody since 01.08.20107.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. This application is accordingly rejected.
