The petitioners seek bail in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 157/2017 registered under Section 304 (B)/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioners along with other accused persons are said to have committed murder of the daughter of the informant for not coughing up of the dowry demand and disposed of her dead body.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are parents-in-law of the deceased. They have no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. There is no specific

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Shikarpur P.S.
