JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-03-2020 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khajanchi Hat, Maranga P.S. Case No. 923 of 2019 dated 23.12.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Section 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner, 24.1 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered. He is in custody since 24.12.2019 and does not have criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail
