The petitioners, three in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 417, 323, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant alleged that the petitioners persuaded him to take loan so that the complainant will get 50% subsidy of the loan amount but the petitioners fraudulently brought a sale deed into existence. It is submitted that the complainant admitted before the Sub Registrar about execution of the sale deed. Photograph of the complainant is also on the sale deed. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23266 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in Complaint Case No. 206/2013, corresponding to Tr. No. 3792 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
