The petitioner was allowed provisional bail by an order dated 09.07.2020. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has argued that it is purely a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and opposite party no. 2 and colour of criminal case has been given to settle the scores. He has, however, submitted that petitioner is still willing to lead a peaceful conjugal life with opposite party no. 2 for which he shall be taking all possible steps.

Considering the aforementioned submission, since
