The writ petitioner was the applicant before Deputy Collector Land Reforms (hereinafter referred to as "D.C.L.R.") claiming to be a Bataidar of the private respondents by virtue of the fact that private respondents had purchased the lands from original landlord. Patna High Court CWJC No.8959 of 1994 dt.16-04-2015 against the writ petitioner and that being so, in exercise of the power under judicial review, there being no procedural impropriety, this Court not sitting in Appeal, cannot interfere with those findings.
