Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation of commission of firearm injury is against co-accused Vishal Kumar. Allegation against the petitioner and others is of conspiracy.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Industrial Area Police Station Case No. 184 of 2017, subject to the condition that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17509 of 2018 (2) dt.30-03-2018 2/2 the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
