JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No.43 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B/34 of IPC.
Allegation is that in connection with further demand of dowry within four years of marriage, all accused persons killed the daughter of the informant by burning her. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is distantly related with the husband of the deceased. He is the cousin of the father-in-law of the deceased and living separately for several years, specific allegation is against husband and others.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33984 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2 / 2 petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No.43 of 2017.
