Petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No.455 of 2019 registered under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act corresponding to Special Case No.57 of 2019.

The informant during course of patrolling apprehended the petitioner Kundan Kumar and Mintu Kumar. From possession of Mintu Kumar, 300 grams of ganja was recovered but nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Mintu Kumar has already been granted bail by order dated 18.10.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.62717 of 2019. The petitioner is in jail since 26.05.2019.

Case No.455 of 2019.
