ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 7.8.2013 passed by the A.D.J. 1st-cum-Special Judge, Madhubani in Sessions Trial No.798 of 2007.

On perusal of the impugned order, I find that the same is not sustainable and hence the Court below is directed to immediately examine the Informant within the next three weeks and thereafter give him Dasti summons for production of the Investigating Officer and the doctor, for whom one date each shall be given. Since the Counsel for the accused is also present, he need not be given further notice in this regard.
