JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-10-2015 The case of the petitioner is that earlier he was served wrong energy bill which has subsequently been corrected after filing of the writ application. As he suffered mental agony and had to rush to the Court, he filed a petition for compensation in terms of Board's circular which has been duly registered as Complaint Case No.77 of 2013 and has been transferred to the Consumer Redressal Grievance Forum, Electricity Supply Division, Tirhut at Muzaffarpur.

In the circumstances, this writ application is disposed of with a direction that the complaint of the petitioner be disposed of expeditiously and preferably within three months in accordance with law.
