2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 25 of 2025 arising out of Sarai P.S. Case No. 143 of 2024 dated 29.06.2024 registered for the offences punishable under sections 411, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the instant matter relates to the recovery of a motorcycle from the possession of the petitioner but the seized motorcycle in question, was suspected by the police to have been stolen by the petitioner at the time of its recovery. It is further submitted that the petitioner earlier approached to this

No. 83023 of 2024 and his prayer was rejected mainly considering his criminal antecedents of 7 cases and he was given a liberty to renew his bail prayer after framing of charge in the present matter and now, the petitioner has renewed his prayer mainly in the light of the said liberty, as upon him, the charges have been framed on 21.01.2025 and his trial has started but the same is at the initial stage. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 29.06.2024 and out of 7 criminal antecedents cases, he is on bail in 5 cases and the material witnesses, who are to be examined in the trial of the petitioner in the present matter, are official persons, so, the release of the petitioner will not affect the prosecution in any manner.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly taking into account the petitioner's custody period as well as the stage of his trial, this Court is now inclined to grant the relief of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner namedabove be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-( Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in
