18-06-2015 Two petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 39 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of bail.

As per the F.I.R., marriage of daughter of informant was solemnized with the son of petitioner no. 1 in the year 2010 and within seven years from the date of marriage, she was done to death. Petitioner no. 2 is brother of husband of daughter of informant.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that death of the daughter of the informant was caused due to hanging. In view of nature of accusation, I do not find any

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20172 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 2/2 ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
