====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 17-11-2021 Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauli P. S. Case No.44 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Altogether 604.800 litres of illegal wine is said to have recovered from a Bolero.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The said vehicle does not belong to the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2021 and he is a person with clean antecedents. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

No.25709 of 2021(2) dt.17-11-2021 2/2 Considering the facts afore-stated, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P. S. Case No.44 of 2020.

The application stands allowed.
