Petitioner is an accused in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 959 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 445, 354(B) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37 (c) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case due to previous enmity. It is further submitted that the case between the parties has been compromised. Petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2019.
