The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354B, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the trivial nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner is a female having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Bhargama Police Station Case No.
