Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44737 of 2017 with a direction to surrender within four weeks (Annexure-1).

The petitioner did not surrender within the aforesaid period. Hence, the police arrested the petitioner. In the circumstances, the present application for regular bail has been filed.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11030 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) Police Station Case No. 127 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
