The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 30 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is contended that as per allegation, 27 litres of Nepali liquor were recovered from the motorcycle which was being boarded by the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 28.04.2017. No.36343 of 2017(2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No. 196 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
