The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dumariya P.S.Case No.49 of 2012 registered for an offence under Sections 366(A)/34 of the IPC.

It has been submitted that the father of this petitioner who is named in the FIR has been allowed bail by one of the coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.16427 of 2013. This petitioner is the distant relative of the informant and having no criminal antecedent, he is in custody since 16.12.2016. Considering the nature of allegation facts and circumstances of the case, prayer is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
