JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH) 03-08-2022 By order dated 22.06.2022, a report was called for from the Superintendent of Police, West Champaran at Bettiah, as to whether the sole appellant namely, Sheikh Majeed, Son of Late Sheikh Hawaldar, resident of Village-Madhuri, Police Station-Purshottampur, District-West Champaran at Bettiah is alive or dead.
In pursuance of the aforesaid order, a report vide its Letter No. 185 dated 16.07.2022, has been received from the Superintendent of Police, Bettiah, West Champaran stating therein that the sole appellant namely, Sheikh Majeed, Son of Late Sheikh Hawaldar, resident of Village-Madhuri, Police Station-Purshottampur, District-West Champaran at Bettiah has died.
