The petitioner has challenged the order dated 19.02.2015 passed by Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Piro, Bhojpur passed in Case No. 02 of 2014-15.

The petitioner has an alternative remedy of appeal before the Commissioner concerned.

This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that he may prefer an appeal before the Commissioner, Bhojpur against the impugned order dated 19.02.2015.
