Patna High Court MJC No.418 of 2022(4) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 ORAL ORDER 11-07-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 03.10.2018, passed in CWJC No.7524 of 2018, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nawada has already passed a reasoned order dated 03.05.2019, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order 03.05.2019 by availing such other remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands disposed off.
