JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-11-2019 The petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 18.11.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Trial No. 4622 of 2015, arising out of Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014, whereby cognizance has been taken under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioners to approach the court below at the appropriate stage of discharge, if such a
