====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Patori P. S. Case No. 747/2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner inflicted knife blow on the neck of son of informant due to which he sustained injury. It is further alleged that petitioner also assaulted one Ashok Ray with knife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case due to old enmity. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 16.08.2024.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15445 of 2025(2) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Patori P. S. Case No. 747 of 2023.
