1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and this is the third attempt of the petitioner to seek regular bail.

4. The learned APP, at this stage, submits that petitioner had earlier moved this Court seeking regular bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 26283 of 2024 and the same came to be rejected by an order dated 21.06.2024 after

It is further submitted that thereafter petitioner again moved this Court seeking regular bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 32913 of 2025 and the same also came to be rejected by an order dated 20.06.2025, but then a liberty was granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within a period of seven months.

On query of the Court from the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner with regard to the stage of the trial, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly submits that all prosecution witnesses have been examined and the case for the last four months is at the stage of argument.

6. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

7. However, the learned Trial Court is directed to ensure that the trial is concluded within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if what has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is true.

8. It is also directed that no unnecessary/undue adjournments be given in the trial.

9. Accordingly, the instant bail application stands rejected.

10. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Trial Court.
