JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of Arms Act.

Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 21.09.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21596/2020. On the last occasion a report was called for from the court below about the stage of trial which reveals that the case has already been committed to the Court of Sessions on 17.08.2021 and forwarded to the court of Sessions Judge, Samastipur for trial and disposal.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against this petitioner and progress of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) BKS/- U T
