The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of I.P.C. and 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016.
It is contended that as per allegation, 60 liters of Mahua wine was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 22.03.2018.
Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22769 of 2018(2) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
